ShipsAhoy was on location for the inaugural of the Symphony of the Seas, the worlds’ largest cruise ship, as she has arrived to her new home port in Miami. Despite having many of the same features as other ships in the Oasis class, Symphony’s exclusive adds are "Battle for Planet Z" laser tag; Hooked, a seafood restaurant; Playmakers, a sports bar and arcade; Sugar Beach, an expanded ice cream and sweets shop; and El Loco Fresh, a new Mexican eatery. These new and fresh ventures bring a new generation of cruising favorites, and, even better, some are included in the cruise cost!
At the recent inaugural sailing out of Miami, ShipsAhoy was on board to experience Norwegian’s newest and most exciting ship, the Norwegian Bliss. Equipped with the largest race track at sea, and original new dining concepts, this beautiful new vessel will not disappoint! Purposely built for the Alaskan market, the Bliss will be sailing the summer season in Alaska before heading to the Caribbean later in the year.
ShipsAhoy was on location at CLIA’s biggest professional development event of the year, Cruise360. Hosted in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and attended by over a thousand travel agents, the show featured a week’s worth of professional development, ship inspections, networking and the latest industry trends.
